Opening stores with Artamatik
There are 3 types of store you can open at Artamatik.com, Free, Premium, VIP.

Free Stores

Premium Store
Premium Stores have all the same features of the basic free store but with VIP base pricing, allowing you to earn more but at the same product price point

• $4.95 per month free for your first 30 days (or just $39.95 per year)
• Lower base prices than Free Basic store
• Unlimited bandwidth
• Add unlimited designs and products.
• Customizable store front
• Highly suited to those who order there own products to resell
• Technical store support is provided after 30 days and you have subscribed for one year

Changing and cancelling an order
It is impossible to cancel an order once you have submitted it, please check very carefully and make your changes before you finalize your order. This is especially important for photo books where text has been added, please proof read and check your spelling. We won't be responsible for your mistakes.

Late shipping/missing orders
We have absolutely no control over shipping once the order leaves the factory, on some (thankfully very) rare occasions the odd order may be severely delayed in its delivery or at worst get lost. We will no longer reply or provide support unless an order is more than six week overdue.

Shipping times:
We know our general shipping is slow, this is why we bare the cost and don't charge for standard shipping.
Free (Standard) Shipping: Has no guarantees for delivery times and no tracking. Once we ship an order its out of our control, we can't be held responsible for it being held by post offices, held by customs, getting lost/mishandled by the carriers or stolen from your post box/doorstep. All items are shipped from China and generally take 8-12 *business* days; but please allow up to 15 Business days. The Hong Kong post is known to hold parcels on some occasions.
Tracked Shipping: we are still investigating and negotiating this option and how to best integrate it into the system
FedEx: We strongly encourage the use of this option for large and urgent orders, although this is an expensive option it is very reliable and orders typically arrive 2~7 (Working) days after manufacturing. You can also track your order if you choose the FedEx shipping option.

Christmas and Holiday Shipping
From 1st November each year, orders through Artamatik increase by around 400% increasing to 1000% towards the end of November to around 10th December. This puts immense stress on our services. Try to plan, create and submit your orders as soon as you can, preferably before 10th November; to avoid any chance of shipping delays. All orders made before the end of November are very likely to arrive on time for Christmas, however we will not guarantee this. Due to the very heavy demand, delayed shipping is very possible. We will do everything in our power to get orders sent out as fast as humanly possible but cannot control postal services.

New Year Holidays
Our manufacturer is in China and China celebrate New Years Holidays from the 24th Jan to 1st of Feb. Our website will still be fully functional and orders will still be take, but no production will done during this time period. Orders will be completed once manufacturing resumes.

Order Status says "Shipped"
This only means your order has been produced. and is awaiting shipping, it does not necessarily mean you order is in transit. Orders cannot be cancelled when the Order Status reads "Processing" or "Shipped"

Manufacturing:
Most of the time orders are processed much faster than the time below
General items take 1-2 Business days
Handbags take approx 5~10 Business days due to their delicate handmade nature
Photo Books need around 10 Business days to complete. These are made to an extremely high standard and not whipped and shipped like competing sites
Umbrellas are a complicated process and take 5~10 Business days to complete
