- Email, this is the preferred method to use,
replies are almost always well before 24hrs however please allow upto 48hrs,
particularly over weekends and please respect time zones differences

This only works if you are a member and you
are logged in to your account. A reply will be posted to your inquiry in
your account inbox
found under the Members Area section when you log-in to your account. Email
is not always sent as it may get discarded by SPAM filters.
When you contact Customer Support
- Please be polite to our staff; rudeness,
abuse and general abruptness is unfair, especially when it's the first
contact. Staff may delay answering rude, abusive and abrupt inquires at
their discretion, in favour for polite well mannered ones!

Artamatik.com provides the web service only; manufacturing and shipping
are by third parties. Our policy is to provide a personal customer service
experience and a fun place to create. We are always improving site features
and products.
Manufacturing Times
- Processing of orders can take from
1-3 business days. Large orders and popular items such as 54 designs and
single playing cards may take up to 5 business days.
- Manufacturing doe's not take
place on Saturdays & Sundays. Example: A product purchased on Friday
may not be completed until Tuesday/Wednesday the following week
